I’m Shocked – This Stuff Really Works!
I had a bad fall last year and am still experiencing pain in my lower back. I was looking for natural solutions to help, as most prescribed medications give me negative side effects. I was reading the reviews for this product and decided to give it a try. I’ve only been using it for a few days, and already feel some relief. The first thing I noticed is that swelling in my lower back has gone down – not completely, but it already seems to be reduced. I also don’t feel as tired all the time, and my lower back “cracks” less. I do have one tip, however, for people who are “light.” I only weigh 112 lbs, and the first morning I took the average dose – 3 tablets. It made me have to go to the bathroom – quickly. After two days of this, I decided to just try one tablet in the morning, with a meal. Then a second tablet at lunch – with a meal. I’m not taking 3 tablets daily yet. This alleviated the need to go to the bathroom. All in all, I’m very pleased with this product and am looking forward to continued improvement. I truly feel it is helping reduce inflammation in my body and helping me to heal.

NEVER GIVE UP – There are FANTASTIC products if you look……this is one OF THE BEST
PRODUCT: Schwarts Bioresearch. Premium Ultra Pure. Turmeric Curcumin w/ Bioperine. 1500 MG configuration.My Condition: Initial injury to neck and shoulder 1993. 3 herniated cervical disk with nerve impingements. Torn rotator cuff with 3 surgeries spread out over 15 years. Micro surgery to elbow (on affected side). Nerve impingements with radiating pain from neck and shoulder into arms and hands. TREATMENTS: 4 surgeries. TO MUCH PAIN MEDICATION, permanently damaged stomach lining (from 17 years of narcotics and anti-inflammatory). AGE 56. Status: Unable to work and have spent last 6 years WITHOUT narcotics, do daily PT for neck, upper back, hands, arms. Meditate. WORKING HARD to find “alternative supplements” to help reduce swelling pain, not destroy stomach . . . keep functioning, do service work, do A LOT of research. I have a Masters Degree in Health Sciences and several Technology Certifications. My last surgery was a little over a year ago (elbow) and my MAJOR GOAL of the past year has been to reduce my hand and arm pain, so that I can function and NOT HAVE 3 level Cervical Fusion (I do not want to take the risk associated with this). As a former musician and carpenter, I can take the CONSTANT neck/shoulder pain…… the pain in my hands has been the one thing that has caused me to “loose hope”, and “imagine the worst possible ending”.My physician classifies me as a “Orthopedic Train wreck, that keeps on chugging down the tracks by pure self will and grit”……OK, SO, Modern pharmaceutical’s have destroyed my stomach, almost killed me (15 years of OxyContin, huge amounts), several surgeries.WHY TUMERIC?… My doctor recommended that I start looking for safe alternative supplement to help with inflammation that WOULD NOT damage my stomach.ACTION: After 3 months of INTENSIVE reading and research, I determined that a Turmeric based supplement would be worth trying. Strong turmeric formula, gentle support for joints
I’ve been taking this Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper Extract 1500 mg supplement for a few weeks, and overall I’m pleased with it. The high-strength 95% curcuminoids and added BioPerine black pepper extract seem to help with absorption, and I’ve noticed gentle support in my joints and overall inflammation without any stomach upset.The capsules are easy to swallow, and the Non-GMO label is a plus for me. I didn’t feel an instant dramatic difference, but over time I’ve noticed less stiffness after activity, which is exactly what I was hoping for.If you want a well-formulated turmeric supplement with good absorption, this is a solid choice. I’d give it 4 stars because the effects are helpful but not super strong right away — more like steady, subtle support.

IT WORKS FAST! Hallelujah!
A) this really does work-FAST- for pain and inflammation.B) I read somewhere that “inflammation is decay.” So even if you can stand the pain of whatever it is you’re dealing with, you can’t just sit there and let inflammation rot your body from inside. Here’s your answer.C) I had zero side effects, no stomach upset etc.D) I did my graduate work in complementary medicine which tends to make me very skeptical. I’m not going to say something works if it doesn’t. I’ve taken turmeric before and it did nothing but the dirty little secret is that a lot of supplements are just garbage. But this brand seems to be very high quality. I chose Bioschwartz because I had good luck with their mushroom supplement.Moral of the story: for this price point, there is no reason NOT to try this product if you are dealing with pain/inflammation/joint issues. I purchased because of a small rotator cuff tear which I wanted to nip in the bud. After I took the first capsule the pain was completely gone so then I cleverly went and tweaked it again because I thought it was healed. Needless to say, this product works best when you REST the affected area.
