I love how this one is set up. It is sectioned out with the normal breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks ect, but also has seasonal vegetables, and certain types of food like Asian flavors, ect. Explanations are well thought out and easy to understand. It also comes with a 49 day meal planner.
