I’ve been taking Biotin B7 for a few weeks and I’ve noticed my hair feels stronger and healthier. It hasn’t made my hair grow super fast, but it definitely looks less damaged and breaks less.It also helped my nails grow faster. Just keep in mind you need to be consistent and patient to see results.⭐ Overall, it’s a good supplement for stronger, healthier hair—not a miracle, but it works over time!

Easy to swallow, no after taste
Great price and super fast delivery. I can’t comment on the results of using these Biotin capsules (other than they are very very easy to swallow with no after taste) because I only received them yesterday. Will update my review next month.

Can’t beat Thorne products!!
I’ve been blessed to have always had low cholesterol but my MD notes a rise during my physical last year. Since I use other Thorne products, I did a search and found this. This year my cholesterol was back to normal. My MD asked what I was doing differently so I told him about this. He actually asked me to send him the info.
