A simple way to train your lungs
Easy to use if you don’t complicate it by trying to do too much it’s just very simple and straightforward. You breathe hold your breath and breathe out after you’ve got it on the right setting. It creates resistance and strengthens your lungs. If you follow the training schedule you’ll get great results

Does help if used regularly
This is a simple device but it does help with deep breathing and expanding lungs. I have what the Dr says is “” air trapping ” in lungs he suggested this. It’s expensive for such a simple device. It does help breathing and stomach muscles if used regularly

Excellent
Excellent. Nothing to do except read two sentences of instruction, follow the instructions, (sit up straight and diaphragm breathe; google it, basically stationary chest and belly moves in and out), and begin improving your breathing. I noticed immediate (one use) better wind on carrying a heavy load of laundry. Recommended.

Great build quality and easy to use breathing trainer
I wanted a simple tool to strengthen my breathing and improve breath control during workouts. This delivers. Setup is straightforward and the resistance adjustment is easy to dial in. I started on a low setting and increased gradually as it got easier. What I like most is that it makes the training feel measurable. You can feel the difference between settings and track progress over time. The device feels sturdy, seals well, and is easy to clean. It is also compact, so it is easy to keep in a bag and actually use consistently. The guided training support is helpful for building a routine and staying consistent, especially at the beginning. It is not cheap, but it feels like a well made product that does what it claims when you use it regularly.

Works well – and well worth it.
“If you can’t breathe, nothing else matters.” It’s true. I took it for granted until now. But my breathing was seriously affected by a recent serious infection, and I’d already felt like as I’ve aged I just can’t get enough air when conditioning at the gym. My doctor just put me on a maintenance and a rescue inhaler. I do not want to stay on an inhaler. So, I wanted to do whatever possible to improve my lung function. Admittedly, though, I was skeptical of the glowing reviews. But they’re right. I started on setting 3 for both inhale and exhale. Very quickly I noticed I was sleeping better. My sleep disturbance has fallen from 10-15% to 1-5% each night according to my sleep app. I’ve kept using it and in just a few sessions I was able to increase both resistances to 4 for the first two sets and 5 for the third – and feel even better now than before. There are several devices like this one available on here, but in my research, this one kept coming up. I’m sure there are cheaper devices. But weighed against the benefit and the minimal cost for this much difference in a healthcare device, this represents real value.

Device is good; app is horrible and annoying
Been using daily for about 8 months (though the app wouldn’t know). I set it almost at the highest level (more resistance) and use the “Endurance” training plan – 30 breaths morning and evening with one day off per week. Overall, I’ve found the device to be helpful and I keep it right on my desk which encourages consistency. The app (iphone for me) is very balky. Every time I tap on the app icon it’s an adventure. Sometimes it simply freezes at the main screen. Other times it will incorrectly show that I’m on a day off and it might stay that way for a week and/or until I change the training plan and start over. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but that hasn’t helped.Perhaps most annoying is that when the app is (frequently) malfunctioning, I get emails asking me whether I’m okay and why I’m not being consistent in my training! In fact, I’m being very consistent with my training. The app really isn’t much more than a stopwatch with a voice saying “inhale” and “exhale” so I have to wonder why it’s so screwed up. I was able to contact the Help desk once early on after purchase, but not since. Easy to imagine they’re overwhelmed!I would say that about half the time I simply use my phone’s stopwatch and count the breaths. Not great for tracking my training but helpful for holding down the frustration and my blood pressure!Mike H

Easy to use helps with strengthening lungs
This is a fantastic product recommended by my husband’s speech therapist. My husband is faithful in using it ( on his own). He says it makes his lungs feel good and he is able to speak louder now.

The Breather really works!
I am 67 years old with copd. I received and started using my Breather on March 10th, it’s had a life changing effect on me. Before the Breather, I would get so out of breath from walking 400ft to my Apartment from the garage while carrying parcels. I would have to turn on my O2 concentrator the moment I stepped into the Apartment. I don’t know when it happened but I noticed today after doing that same walk while carrying parcels, although My breathing was a bit labored, but, I didn’t need to use the O2 concentrator.I am so excited to see the results when continue to use this Breather device.
