    When I picked up The 28-Day Cortisol Reset Diet Cookbook, from the first minutes I realized that this is a high-quality and beautiful book. A well-designed plan and its menu make it possible to follow the Cortisol Diet easily and with an understanding of what is happening. Beautiful photographs tell you what awaits you at the end of the preparation. I looked at each recipe and already wanted to eat it. It is very convenient that there is a shopping list and a meal plan for the week. Most of all, I appreciate the approach of combining The 28-Day Cortisol Reset Diet Cookbook with meditation and breathing practices. Of course, I will subscribe to Iris Kennedy’s page so as not to miss her visual guide to the practices. Thank you for the wonderful book.

    Doable for busy people
    The intro of the book explains cortisol in plain language and the four week plan is easy to follow. The recipes are super simple, focusing on real food. The anti stress and cortisol support scores help you to pick meals quickly. The weekly shopping lists help a lot too. Some ingredients like adaptogens can be hard to find, but they are easy to swap. Good value and doable for busy people.
