Great supplement, only ~7 day supply if you take two twice daily as directed for “advance benefits”.
If you didn’t already know this, and with the exception of things sometimes slipping through the cracks, reviews cannot contain effectiveness or medical claim related comments and otherwise will get rejected. As a result I will only comment about this product’s characteristics:Bottle/label: The bottle is an average sized white container that includes a “sealed for safety” patch under the lid. While I didn’t notice anything wrong with the supplement, there appeared to be positive pressure under the patch making it bubble out. If this were sealing food, that would generally indicate bad food. The pills inside however looked fine.Supplement size: The capsules used are small (not tiny) and can easily be swallowed by anyone who is already used to taking supplements.Supplement smell and taste: There is no noticeable smell or taste when consuming this supplement.Expiration date of bottle: 07.20.2026Positive or negative overall experience: I had a positive overall experience and did not personally notice any side effects.Value: There are 30 capsules and the serving size is two daily with meals indicating only 15 servings. Additionally, for “advance benefits” it says to take two daily twice a day which is only a little over a week. There is plenty of functional competition at a much lower price point so I would only recommend these if you notice a significant difference when trying them.

May be a Great Supplement but A Bit Difficult To Research
This may be a fabulous supplement, but it’s based in Taiwan and difficult for me to find information on (which is how I usually go about verifying supplement safety to my satisfaction).Company Transparency: These are said to be made by Ampli-com biotechnology in Taiwan for Fecula Biotechnology. There is a reference to Ampli-Com Biotech at Dun and Bradstreet, but I am unable to find a webpage. According to Fecula-dot-en-dot-taiwan-trade-dot-com, Fecula was started in 2019 in Taiwan. They have US trademark activity dating to 2021. Fecula’s Taiwanese webpage can be found (translated) at fecula-dot com-dot-tw/eng.Accountability: At the site mentioned above, Fecula Biotech claims to be certified by Taiwantrade Advanced Verified and ISO 22000 certified.Quality: These are small, fragrance free white capsules. A regular dose is 2 capsules, making these 30 capsules a two week supply. “Advanced Benefits” require 4 capsules a day, making this essentially a 1 week supply.From their Taiwan based webpage, “Compared with general probiotic encapsulation technology, resistant starch encapsulation technology can not only protect the probiotics from decomposing gastric acid bile salts and digestive enzymes, but also provide nutrients for the probiotics after they enter the digestive tract, allowing for more colonization. It is efficient. At the same time, resistant starch can also allow the beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract to grow better, giving it more health advantages!”I gave this product three and a half stars (rounded up to four) because while it appears to be a legitimate (even award winning) Taiwanese manufacturer, it was difficult to find a dedicated English web page or information about them or their manufacturing practices.

Prebiotics, Probiotics and Postbiotics
This product is quite different from the usual crop of prebiotic+probiotic products.Prebiotics are foods (typically high-fiber foods) that act as food for human microflora; they are used with the intention of improving the balance of these microorganisms; whereas, probiotics are foods/supplements that contain live microorganisms intended to maintain or improve the “good” bacteria (normal microflora) in the body.Postbiotics are a byproduct of probiotics when they eat prebiotics. Their goal is the same: maintain your microbiome. Postbiotics achieve their goal with more control and fewer risks compared to probiotic supplements. Postbiotics support the immune system, prevent inflammation, have anticarcinogenic qualities, are antimicrobial and prevent infections, lower the risk of cardiovascular events, support oxytocin formation which helps heal wounds and supports birthing functions.One of the benefits of postbiotics compared to probiotics is the risks involved. Since postbiotics don’t contain microorganisms, there’s a lower risk of complications from adding new bacteria to your microbiome. I began taking this supplement today. It’s a smaller/slimmer capsule so it goes down easy. I will update this review in a few days.

Pro-, pre-, and postbiotics
First there were probiotics, cultured strains of bacteria that were good for your gut biome. Then there were prebiotics, starches and fiber to feed and strengthen the probiotic bacteria. Now there are postbiotics, or metabolites, which seem to be produced by the probiotics feeding on the prebiotics, and I’m not sure what they do. I’ve been willing to try a lot of gut health related supplements and it becomes harder and harder to tell which ones are doing the most good. The only way to know is to try them. This mix says the probiotics in it have 12.5 billion CFU’s (colony-forming units.) That’s supposed to be enough for daily gut health, but I have seen blends with as many as 50 billion CFU’s. Experts say CFU’s over 10-20 billion don’t seem to give additional benefit. As far as postbiotics go, the bottle says Totipro Postbiotics Powder, which is a proprietary blend from Glac Biotech Co. You can get postbiotics in fermented foods like kefir, tempeh and kimchi, not things that I’ve usually been eating. Really, the only thing I can say is try these. I have a few favorite probiotic blends that seem to do me good, but there is no guarantee that they will do you the same good. That’s why I just try to tell as much as I can about what I find in the mix. The pills are standard capsules and have a shelf life of three years.
