Awesome Product. With discipline and a low carb diet I’ve dropped two pants size. Most days I don’t have much of an appetite and this helps. I’ll have instant oats with a cup of tea and maybe two boiled eggs at 9am and won’t eat again until maybe 2pm and that’s all for the day because I feel so full. I’ll force myself to eat a yogurt for dinner or such. It also cuts the sugar cravings. I take two pills with each meal and I now cut that to two pills every other day with one heavy meal or so for maintenance purposes. Now on my third bottle and definitely recommend! Worth a try

When I was in my teens I was able to have a bite out of my Bounty bar, put the rest on the side and it could last me a week.Fast forward 15+ years I quit smoking, and to fight the cravings I started eating A LOT of junk. Anything from sweets to crisps and so I ruined my natural balance. Over the next 5-10 years I put on 25+kg!
