I bought this cap for my dad, although he is already running out of hair due to his age, it is still possible that stimulating with LED light will help him grow his hair by accompanying him with a hair care routine and vitamins. It is very light, does not heat and does not irritate the skin, which is very good. I really like that it is 100% cotton, so not to mention the quality of the material because it is trully excellent

No Complaints…Matches My Other Cap & Performs the Same
I have another red light therapy hat that I purchased previously for about $74 and this one matches it in every meaningful way. The weight, the feel of the hat, the hardware, the lining and even the tiny holes on top all line up with the one I already own. The performance is the same too. Based on that, it seems like these baseball cap style red light devices follow the same general design so the main difference for shoppers is usually the price. If you are comparing options, I would choose whichever one gives you the best value.The cap itself is a simple black baseball cap with an adjustable back. There is nothing special about the hat portion. You are really paying for the light panel. The panel works well and charges quickly with USB. I can use it about 5-6 times before I need to recharge it again which is convenient because I can plug it in at my desk and it is ready to go.There are two buttons on the panel, the power button and the mode button. To turn it on, you just hold the power button for about 3 seconds. Once it is on, you can also quick press the power button to switch between 2 brightness levels. There is the standard level and one level brighter which I think is a nice touch.I usually stick with the first mode which is the red light and that one runs for 20 minutes before it shuts off automatically. I never bothered with the other modes before mostly because I did not feel like counting how many times I tapped the mode button or staring at the lights to figure out which one I landed on. That is just me being lazy. But now that I actually looked at the manual, there are four modes in total. Mode 1 is red light for 20 minutes. Mode 2 is blue light for 30 minutes. Mode 3 is red plus infrared for 30 minutes. Mode 4 is red plus blue plus infrared for 30 minutes. I prefer red light because it is for hair growth which is my main focus but I am planning to try mode 4 for thickening & growth at the same time. I also want to try the red plus infrared mode because that lines up with my goals too especially since I have an oily scalp and I am always trying to manage that.The built in timer makes it easy to use without thinking about it. I tap the power button, check in the mirror or with my phone camera to confirm it is on and then go about my day. It is comfortable enough that I sometimes forget I am wearing it while I work or do things around the house.One thing I appreciate is how flexible the light panel is. Not the area with the power button but the rest of it bends easily. I can shift it forward if I want to focus on the front of my scalp or move it back if I want to target the back. Once it is positioned, I put the cap over it and it stays in place without any cords hanging out.Do I think the price is a bit high for what is basically a basic hat with a light panel inside? Yes. But the device works… it is convenient… and the cordless design makes it easy to use consistently. For anyone curious about trying a red light cap, this one performs exactly as expected.

No more headaches
I’ve tried this Red Light Therapy Hair Treatment cap last night. It surprised me. It works well.My headache has been gone after I wear it for 2 minutes. And I tried one more time on my stomach,it worked well tooI will keep using it everyday until no more headache

Interesting Concept but Requires Patience
Comfortable enough to wear and easy to use. Red light therapy products are popular for hair support, but results take time and consistency.Too early to expect dramatic changes quickly. Best viewed as a long-term routine product rather than instant results.

I haven’t noticed a change after a month of use, I guess I will stick with it a bit longer? I just have light thinning. The lights detach from the hat so you can sometimes use a different cap if it fits better. The product seems durable and well built overall, but I still don’t know how long it or I will last. It is easy to recharge and manage, perhaps too easy. The hat is a little heavy with this in it but it is comfortable enough. Still not sure this does anything, particularly permanently.

Growing new hairs
Love this for my scalp. I have a small case of psoriasis and when I use this cap it seems to easy some of the pain and flaring. Great quality and very easy to use. Light weight and super durable. Recommended

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!(1) The “red lights” are on a piece of cloth that falls in my hand when I turn over the cap. It is unattached to the cap.(2) The “lights” do not cover the cap; they are in the middle of the “head.”(3) There is no charging cable.Returning immediately.
