I have an extremely large head and it fit. Plus it comes with clear directions on using and cleaning. Pluse the battery part is durable in the way that it’s sealed from your hair grease to prevent issues. I like how the hat is neutral, unmarked and black. Oh! And the directions explain which light is good for what.

Waste of money. This is a cap that requires you to put in the panel of red lights. They will not give you complete coverage of the top of your scalp. Also since the cap is smashed flat, the entire unit feels out of kilter. Trashing. Have already purchased one with built in lights that offers free returns.

Basically comes with the rechargeable LED light strip and oversized hat that the light strip fits into. If youre looking for an affordable and effective red light hat I recommend this one.
