BEST PRODUCT EVER
This is a FANTASTIC product. IMPORTANT NOTE: the first time I took it I felt awful. I took one whole capsule about two hours before bed, I ended up feeling wired and couldn’t sleep well until about 2am and then had to go to work it was AWFUL. I say all that to say that I decided to have faith in the vitamin and the reputation. So I opened a capsule and poured half of the content into some juice and decided to take it slow and keep with it. Every single day I took half a capsule, by the 6th day I had it down to a science and it was working better than anything I could have expected. I’ve been on this supplement for almost three months and will continue to take this. I wake up some nights in the middle of the night but I am confident about going back to sleep. Whereas before I would wake up at 3am every night and stay up for the rest of the day. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety due to an overstimulated nervous system and this supplement really made my recovery to the next level. I rave about it to EVERYONE. My partner also started taking this supplement with me and she basically does the same thing, split capsule in some juice and is now sleeping better than she ever has. As of now we both take about 75% of the capsule.

This product is the REAL DEAL!!!
I was real sceptical about this product with all the 5 star reviews. I was amazed how many there were and I just cannot sleep. I take sleeping pills every two hours to go back to sleep. However, I tried this product. Last night was day 3 and I slept through the night till 5:00 a.m. this morning and I was amazed. Everyone is right!!! I am so happy and I’m buying more of this product. I also gave some to my husband to try tonight. The other products put you to sleep but you don’t stay asleep and that’s truly the idfference.

I am not one to take time to write a review, but when a product is good, I make time to share my experience. For a while I have faced issues sleeping and finding a way to relax, tried several things like going to the gym, drinking wine, watching tv, reading a book, writing in a journal, etc. I found this product and decided to give it a try, i havre tried other items of this same brand and the results have been amazing, therefore I made the purchase. This brand is not cheap but worth it. Well all I can say is that I am so happy, I feel rested, I can relax and sleep. Give it a try, you will feel so happy you bought it. One thing it makes me sleepy, the bottle states to take one in the morning and one at night, I do not take the morning pill, I need to feel alert because I need to make a living and go to this thing they call work.

The rhodiola keeps me awake so I just take one in the morning. I have interrupted sleep and this is one piece of a puzzle I am slowly putting together so that the 3am wakeups are less intense.
