Fixed my hormonal issues!
I have suffered with pmdd (severe pms) for years now. About 2 weeks before my period I would get crippling anxiety, depression, major mood swings, I couldn’t sleep, loss of appetite, basically I would be a mess until my period came.I changed my diet to plant based which made a MAJOR difference, making sure I eat a lot of healthy fats, cruciferous vegetables (to detox excess estrogen), and probiotic foods like kefir, kimchi and kombucha which also detox excess estrogen. With diet alone my periods were getting better, but the pmdd was still too much to bear. I felt desperate and prayed to Jehovah God for help and I came across an article that talked about how chromium could help women with this problem.I believe this is only my 2 month taking it and each cycle is getting better. I woke up this morning and realized I have been sleeping fine, I’ve barely had an anxiety, I’m actually cheerful and not depressed and I feel fine, and this is normally the time I’d be a mess! This has truly helped me and I will continue to buy this. If you are suffering please give it a try. Within my first cycle I noticed improvement and I hope it continues to improve!

Just May Stabilize Your Blood Sugar!
I go to a Chiropractor/Clinical Nutritionist who practices Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing). After testing me recently, she asked me what I have been eating. Of course I answered, “Why?” She said “Your body is having a sugar problem. It all goes back to the pancreas needing help” (this is uncovered by testing the strength of the latissimus dorsi muscles–which in turn can surely affect other muscles in a chain-reaction producing many “cause and effect” results). One of the things that she has recommended in the past is this Chromium (Picolinate). It has always worked for me! It has worked for many others according to her experience. It gets the blood sugar right! It stabilizes it.This confirms what is written on the side of the bottle under “Supplement Facts” which is: “One small study suggests that chromium picolinate may reduce the risk of insulin resistance, and therefore possibly may reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.”Noticing that my supply of this is down, I decided to order more from Amazon. They just seem to carry everything!I am taking this in conjunction with Standard Process Lactic Acid Yeast 100w to reestablish my normal PH Balance which I was told was upset by obviously ingesting too much sugar and eating altogether too much carbs A.K.A. Holiday pigging-out!

I was diagnosed with pre diabetes and went to my homeopathic dr to help when my primary told me they would take action with I was diabetic. No thank you! This was part of her regime. I take one twice a day and have noticed an improvement on my sugar levels staying steady. Long term it has helped with some symptoms I was experiencing.
