Cheap ginger.
This is a ginger root supplement for pennies a pill. While ginger root supplement dosages tend to be all over the place, there’s all sorts of strange. Shall we say esoteric wording on the back of many of the ones that have high er? Milligram counts about ratios and things like that? This is just 250 mg of Ginger, simply and clearly. As I’ve had digestive troubles, I’ve found Ginger tends to help a lot and while I cook with ginger a lot, I can’t always so having a pill like this. I can take on days where I’m eating something that’s ginger-free is great for helping with my acid reflux and other things. At the price point of $6.99 a bottle for $60 at time of review, it is the cheapest per pill that I could find on the marketplace, although it should be noted. 250 mg is on the lower list size of pills, but again many of the higher dosage pills have strange wording that makes it sound like something funny is going on.

Nice way to take Pure Ginger by capsule
If you enjoy ginger tea the way I do after a meal to help digestion, these capsules will work just as well. In warmer weather, I prefer not to drink hot tea so these are especially great to have on hand as we go into summer.Also, sometimes I’m just not in the mood to taste the somewhat sharp, spicy flavor of ginger and taking the ginger by capsule avoids that too.These are PURE GINGER too – no extra ingredients added – which I greatly appreciate. So many supplements are blends and you get other things added that you don’t necessarily want. These are all ginger.I was a bit surprised that the jar didn’t smell gingery when I opened it and took a sniff. The capsule containers must do a good job covering the smell of the ginger, which normally can be very strong.
Moximum –
straight up ginger, easy to take
to save a buck or two, I often take supplements in a bulk form instead of capsule or tablets. In this case, I’m glad to have an encapsulated version of it. If you’ve ever tasted Ginger straight up, you’ll know why. It is a very very strong taste, so strong it’s pretty hard to just straight up swallow ginger powder or chew on a piece of ginger. So tthis is a fine substitute, much easier to consume. Non-GMO to boot!
