Very important for building lung strength!
A great solution for building up lung strength and clearing the lungs. We got it during focus, but I’ve since gifted them to my adult children and elderly mother when they’ve had lingering congestion. Highly recommend!

Order came quickly. Wish I had bought it sooner for my husband with COPD. He does use it and it does work to a degree for him. It takes him time as it’s hard to breath but it does brings up the mucus. Easy to clean.
