Msut have to save money!
I was a little nervous to try the Microneedle Derma Roller Pen for home use, but it turned out to be surprisingly easy and comfortable to use. The device feels sturdy and well-made, and I like that it’s simple to control, even as a beginner. It didn’t cause much irritation as long as I followed proper prep and aftercare. Overall, it’s a great at-home skincare tool if you’re consistent and patient with results. I watched many videos on how to do it and it really is easy! I was spending $400 on each session so this is definitely a good value and investment!

Cartridge Won’t Attach/No Instruction Booklet
There are several problems. First, there were no instructions on how to use the damn thing, which makes me think maybe it wasn’t brand new. Second, I cannot get the cartridge to attach to the pen. I’ve looked everywhere for some sort of instruction video, etc. and can’t find anything that actually shows how to attach it. I actually injured myself (the needles poked me) trying to put the cartridge on. It makes me wonder (since I already suspect it isn’t new) that the cartridges aren’t even the right ones for this pen! The Sergand video for this pen, which I hoped would be instructional, is just a glossy ad/puff video.

It’s ideal if you want to try out a new facial skincare routine without spending a fortune at a spa. That said, don’t expect instant miracles; it’s designed more for maintenance and gradual improvement. For me, it’s a definite by yes it works, and it doesn’t hurt much!
