Excellent quality and effectiveness!
I’ve been using this brand for about 6 months with noticeable difference over the store bought and other brands I’ve tried. I have switched over to this company for some of my other supplements because the quality and effectiveness are noticeable and the ingredients show “clean”. Easy to swallow with coconut oil delivery system which adds more health benefits. Great energy. Takes away the coffee “jitters” in the morning. Supporting cortisol reduction. Big YES from me!

I’m giving it five stars because it clearly is a high quality formulation that has an impact.I was taking it to improve sleep quality, but I might as well have been taking amphetamines, as it had an extreme opposite effect; I was wired and awake all night.The pills are a bit larger than I anticipated, but are easy to swallow because of their smooth coating.

What great value and quality! I consider these a mid tier supplement at an affordable price! I love the packaging – a foil pouch with a self seal. With coconut oil as a carrier, they smell so dang good, a huge piece of taking supplements regularly is the smell for me.There are part of my sleep plan and perfect for an afternoon chill down vibe.

I really like this L-Theanine. It helps me feel calm and relaxed without making me sleepy, and I’ve noticed better focus during the day. The softgels are easy to swallow and the 400mg dose works well for me. Great value for the quantity too. Definitely a staple in my routine!

Micro Ingredients is replacing other brands in my cabinet
I am really liking this brand of L-Theanine because unlike others I have tried this one gives me a noticeable calm. That’s much better quality probably from the delivery with a little coconut oil in the gel caps. If I take it in the mornings I can feel it kick in and take the edge off. I found a 1/2 dose works better for me when I’m not under a lot of daily stress. Then I can focus better on my tasks. If I take it at night it helps me to fall asleep faster. And no side effects. Micro Ingredients is a great value for the money (especially when it is on sale!).
