Great way to take Ginger Root
Ginger Root softgels are a perfect way to get the nutrition without burning your mouth. So many health benefits without side effects. The added MCT oil is an additional benefit.

Great daily supplement addition
Ginger root is good for your digestion and I really like eating it. Ideally I add it to tea and smoothies but more often than not I don’t have the time to prep that everyday. These softgels are a great addition to the daily supplement you take and you can have a dose of ginger root without having to prep anything. There pills are the size of raisinettes, and they are easy to swallow. I do not notice any scent or taste with the pills. Overall it’s hard to determine how effective the pills have be been but i can say there have been no ill side effects. The bag has 360 pills so 180 days worth of servings which is a pretty good deal, and a good value.

Ginger is a large part of my day to day. I use it in a lot of cooking, grow my own, make and use my own teas often, dehydrate my harvest to preserve it, make Fyre Cyder every year with a bunch. It is absolutely one of my favorite herbs and flavors. I was glad to obtain this supplement because as much as I love it, I don’t get to use it as often as I would really like and these makes it super easy to get that daily healthy dose. I did pop a few in the mouth when I first got them and let them melt and open to expose that wonderful flavor just to verify that it was there and it of course was. Unlike many supplements that I have looked into, this company actually has an established website to to back up their products and provide valuable information to the consumer that may be interested in their products. I did transfer the product into a more user friendly container and put in the fridge although this is not required. A weird “peanut butter” color to these lol.

Ginger is so good for you
These are easy to swallow, tasteless, odorless, and don’t cause me any digestive upset. I don’t know for certain that I have seen benefits in terms of anti-inflammatory properties, digestive support, or other qualities that make ginger a good supplement to take, but I certainly haven’t had any negative effects from taking these either. Supplements are always difficult to review, because often their benefit is subtle, or difficult to determine without a lengthy period of taking them. However, I will continue to take these until they run out, and I very well may be a repeat buyer . They appear to be high quality, are easy to take, and provide a good dose of the active ingredients in ginger. I would recommend these to others.

Pure ginger & made in US, though serving size is a low for ginger
Fwiw, Ginger was just named Medicinal Plant of the Year for 2026 (no joke). This is six months of ginger in pill form, fresh & pure. The only other ingredient is MCT (Medium-Chain Triglyceride) oil, which helps the fat-soluble compounds in the ginger get absorbed. It’s manufactured in a cGMP facility, non-GMO, and third-party tested. While it contains nuts (coconut oil), it’s soy-, dairy- and gluten- free. There’s no ginger smell even when you take a giant whiff of the whole bag. There is a slight scent, I’m not sure what it is, but def nothing bad. The caramel-colored caps (ok, there must be coloring added) aren’t squishy and are easy to swallow, with none of that spicy ginger taste and no reflux burning or burping, at least for me. That’s the boring stuff. I had to dig on their website but important other notes are: 1) the gelatin is bovine so it’s not vegan, 2) it’s made in the US but sourced world-wide (you can email them a lot number and they’ll even tell you from which countries precisely, batch by batch!), and 3) none of their products contain artificial additives (so the coloring must be natural).Usage-wise, ginger is my go-to at the first sign of feeling yucky – I usually drown myself in fresh ginger tea, a pain to make (ie, getting ginger root, peeling the annoying knobbly bits, boiling then simmering for an extended period). This is a MUCH easier alternative. My only question is about the dose, since 300mg (in 2 caps) is very little ginger. Typically ginger, even ginger extract like this, is taken a few grams at a time. So, you can get away with more caps if you need them (I’m taking double), but it’s worth looking up whether you’re on any of the meds ginger interferes with. Ps – it’s not organic, though I don’t mind since I don’t buy organic ginger root for my tea anyway.

EASY TO SWALLOW. TASTELESS IN GEL FORM, MANY BENEFITS AND HEALING PROPERTIES FOR THE BODY.
So far so good. Ginger is excellent for the body with great properties. It acts as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant helps with digestion and upset stomach, and useful in lowering cholesterol and improves blood sugar – who knew. It also improves circulation and supports immune function. Ginger is one of the best curatives for many problems which my mother always promoted. We were given ginger tea growing up, so I was drawn to these soft gel pills immediately because they are also easy to swallow. There is no taste, but even so, most ginger food are delicious, so chews would be nice as well. At 360 soft gels, taking two per day, they’ll last quite long making this product very well priced considering the benefits.
