Good blend and value, just wish the serving size was smaller
This is a pretty solid herbal blend overall. I like that it combines dandelion root with turmeric, ginger, and milk thistle so you are getting a mix of ingredients in one supplement instead of having to take multiple different ones. It feels like a well-rounded formula for general wellness and digestion support.The soft gels are on the larger side, and needing to take three per serving is probably my biggest downside. They do go down fairly easily since they are soft gels, but I would definitely prefer if the serving size was smaller or more concentrated.On the positive side, you get a really good amount for the cost. With 240 soft gels, it lasts quite a while, which makes it feel like a good value compared to a lot of other supplements out there.I did not experience any stomach discomfort or issues while taking these, which is always something I look for. After using it consistently, I did notice some mild improvement with digestion, mainly feeling a little less bloated after heavier meals, which was a nice bonus.Overall, this is a good, no frills supplement from a brand that seems consistent. Not perfect because of the size and serving count, but still something I would keep using.

A lot of bag for the buck
I’ve bought Micro Ingredients products before, so I felt pretty comfortable trying this one. One thing I usually like about this brand is that their supplements tend to feel straightforward and not overloaded with unnecessary extras, and this seemed consistent with that. The softgels are easy enough to take, and I like that the large bag gives you a solid amount for the price, so it feels practical for regular use. Not my favorite product from this company
I’ve been using Micro Ingredients’ powders for a few years now and believe them to be high quality at reasonable prices. Through Amazon’s Vine reviewers’ program I’ve recently had the opportunity to evaluate some of the company’s newest offerings in the supplement category, and I’ve been less impressed by them overall. These dandelion-root capsules are a case in point.First of all, the suggested daily dose is 3 1″-long capsules, which is a lot for most people to swallow (see my photo for a sense of how large they are). There’s a well-received dandelion-root supplement from another reputable manufacturer, NOW Foods, that provides the same 1,000-mg daily dose in only 2 pills (versus 3), and those pills are smaller as well as 1/3 less expensive than these.The Micro Ingredients version, however, is touted as a “3-in-1” formulation with added curcumin and ginger, but the 10-mg amounts of these ingredients that it contains are negligible (on top of which, straight curcumin isn’t very bioavailable). So these add-ons strike me as a marketing gimmick that doesn’t add any real health benefit.The other special feature of this Micro Ingredients dandelion-root supplement is that it contains milk thistle oil. For people with IBS or other gastrointestinal challenges, though, milk thistle can be an irritant instead of a balm. I’m one of these people, so I won’t be taking a chance on taking this, after all.

Finally, something that actually works to relieve bloating!
I’ve only been taking this for a few days, but for the first time in a long time, I feel like I’ve finally found something that actually helps with the bloating I’ve been experiencing. The recommended dosage is three softgels daily; I prefer to space those out throughout the day as opposed to taking all three at once. I take each one with a meal—breakfast, lunch, and a late-after-dinner/before-bed snack.So far, I’m impressed with how quick and effective these have been at relieving my bloating. This is a large supply of 240 softgels, which provides an 80-day supply—a great value for the price. The ingredients are kept clean and simple, and the bag is resealable. While I don’t have a problem taking larger pills, I will say these are on the larger side (approximately one inch in length), which may be difficult for those who have trouble swallowing pills. I hope to continue experiencing relief and positive effects as more time passes. If so, these will definitely be a repeat purchase for me.

I like the main ingredients: Turmeric (Anti-inflammatory and good against carcinogens), ginger (good blood flow and helps with regulating blood pressure) plus it also has dandelion and thistle oil.You get 1,000 mg per serving. 240 sofgels for $16 but I don’t like the dose of 3 per day I think is too much even when the pills are not hard to swallow (at least for good drinkers) if you are into small pills this is not for you. I also like is not an GMO product however I dislike the fillers and additives they added like it has gelatin, added color and beeswax).
