Ease to swallow and use
Always have taken Maca. These pills are better that taking the powder since it has a nutty flavor. They are still good. I use both.

Find the dosage that works best, side effects can be quite arousing.
The directions are to take 3 capsules per day. I have been taking only two, after I had a strong response to the potency of the Maca in this supplement. Let’s just say… I am a man over 40 and suddenly started walking up like a 17 year old. It’s not a bad thing to feel perky and alive like that, but it can be frustrating when it takes “manual effort” to eliminate the problem every morning.Overall, combined with the St. John’s Wort I take for anxiety, taking two of the Maca Root Capsules every morning, I am not as socially anxious, not as focused on loneliness or negative memories. I have a bit more energy and drive to get out of the house.
