So Good — Even My Kids Love It
I’ve been following Lauren’s journey for a while, and I truly can’t thank her enough for how much her coaching, recipes, and guidance have improved my overall health. This cookbook is a beautiful extension of everything she teaches.Not only are the recipes genuinely delicious, they’re practical and family-friendly too; my boys love them (especially the brownies!). An Important Book for Women
I have been on the author’s email list for many years now. I learned from and looked forward to her content. I was excited to hear that she was releasing a cookbook. It is everything I hoped for and more. It is painstakingly researched and the recipes are adaptable, detailed and broken down into categories based on phases of the menstrual cycle. I live in a rural area with lacking health food resources and still most of the recipes are doable for me. I’m recommending this to all the women in my life.
