The first time I used it I thought it made a huge difference. Since then it doesn’t seem to do anything. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Sometimes supplements need protein or fats to activate maybe this is the case here. If so wish that had been stated. Otherwise I’m not sure it does anything.

Great for perimenopause symptoms
I got this to pair with the liquid Black Cohosh I have been taking. Both combine to help support women’s health and I believe is helping me transition to menopause. I feel like my symptoms for perimenopause are lessened a lot. This Vitex Chasteberry is sweet and pleasant to take. The black cohosh is bitter so I take that then take the recommended dose of the chasteberry dropping both liquids onto my tongue with the convenient dropper-taking care not to touch any part of my mouth. I have recently done studies of liquid vs pills and the liquid tends to be absorbed better and quicker for reaching relief more efficiently. I absolutely love the Herbamama brand of supplements. Each liquid supplement they make contains only 3 ingredients-the herb, vegetable glycerin and distilled water. Simple and pure ingredients that you can feel good about. This bottle of Vitex Chasteberry contains a 42 day supply taking the recommended dose of 0.7 ml two times a day. I am terrible at remembering to take it twice a day and I still reap the benefits of this supplement.
