The 80lb dumbbell set (each dumbbell: 13.6″L x 7.2″W x 7.2″H with a 6.8″ handle) is adjustable — simply unscrew both ends to unlock, add or remove plates, and screw them back tight. It takes a few tries to get the hang of it, but once you do, it’s quick and easy. Please note that one set includes two dumbbells and will be shipped in two separate packages.
