Does this pillow have an odor?
Our compression-packed pillow may have a slight smell when first opened—it’s normal for new memory foam. If you’re sensitive to it, gently fluff or pat it, then place it in a well-ventilated area. The smell usually fades within 1-2 days.
Is this pillow good for cooling?
Yes. The pillowcase features 90% cooling nylon fabric that actively dissipates heat while delivering a refreshing feel. Additionally, the gel layer also reduces the temperature to keep you comfortably cool.
My pillow is flat and won’t expand after opening. What should I do?
This is normal for compressed pillows! Let it rest in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours. Gently pat to speed up (don’t over-squeeze) — it’ll regain full shape and height soon.
Can I use the pillow before it fully expands?
We don’t recommend it. A partially expanded pillow won’t offer proper neck/head support, causing discomfort. Your body weight may also hinder full expansion, reducing its intended performance.
Why do some people mention that the cooling effect doesn’t last long?
Body temperature and room temperature can affect the duration of the cooling sensation. If you are naturally hot, it can affect your experience. We usually recommend using an air conditioner or fan along with the pillow for better cooling.

Perfection!
This pillow is so good! Perfect firmness and enough support. It’s very comfortable and does help with sleep especially on hot nights! The cooling gel does a great job of keeping the pillow cooler. It’s a good size pillow for a twin bed. I also like that it can be very compact when taking with you, the memory foam compresses very easily and fluffs back up quickly, so it’s very adjustable. Great value for the money! I definitely recommend!

Great pillow very comfortable and supportiveI was pleasantly surprised by this pillow. It has the perfect balance between softness and support, keeping my neck well aligned throughout the night.The material feels high quality and it doesn’t get too hot, which is a big plus. Perfect pillow
I’m really impressed with this cooling gel memory foam pillow because it feels comfortable right away. It gives my neck the support I need throughout the night. The pillow has a nice balance of softness and firmness, so it keeps my head aligned whether I sleep on my side, back, or stomach. The removable washable cover is a great bonus as well.

Solid good pillow that has cooling feature
I like this pillow. It’s not too firm and not too soft, just right. Its has , on one side, some type of cooling jelly that will keep you cool for a while (until your body heat make the gel warm). Great for a side sleeper. I did not have shoulder or neck pain or numbness in the arm. So far so good.

Replaced my favorite pillow!! Amazing
Im gonna give this 5 stars for now.Its still cold at night where I’m from so the pillow stays cold all night. I never have to flip it. Will it perform well in the warmer months? I hope so.Ive been using a different brand of pillow since I was 19 or so. 11 years. Im not proud of it but my favorite pillow was 11 years old. It was starting to get super gross. But I didn’t sleep well on any other pillows i tried. That company still makes pillows, so i bought a new one but i hated it compared to their older ones. So took a leap of faith on these and bought 2.So glad I did. The pillow isnt too thick, its very supportive, great for side and back sleepers. And from my experience so far, and the most important thing, it stays cold. Its the perfect amount of firmness.It did have a little bit of a smell initially, but the smell went away within like.. 10 hours.

Great Neck Support
Nice pillow. Indeed, when you lie down on it, it cools and relieves fatigue. I have a lot of stress on my back and neck when working, and it’s important to me that the pillow is comfortable for sleeping and relieves tension from my neck. I was satisfied with the purchase.

Doesn’t really stay cool
Is it memory foam? Yes. Is it comfortable? After getting used to it (as any new pillow). Does it stay cool? No. At least mine doesn’t. Will I return it? No, too much of a hassle. But I wouldn’t buy it again. And definitely wouldn’t pay that much for a pillow that doesn’t cool.

Actually keeps me cool and supports my neck
I’m a side sleeper but sometimes end up on my back, and this pillow works great for both. The cooling gel side is legit — it stays cool most of the night instead of heating up like my old memory foam. Flip it over when I want the softer fabric side. Support is firm but not like a brick, so no neck pain in the morning. The cover is removable and I’ve already machine washed it once with no issues. Holds its shape well after a month of use. For the price, this is easily the best pillow I’ve bought. Highly recommend if you sleep hot or switch positions.

This pillow is absolutely amazing 🤩 I promise you will not regret buying it!!! I honestly find it a little too cold when I’m sleeping, it is noticeable chilled!! It is not too firm and sinks down just enough to align your neck with your spine!! Overall 10/10 I will be purchasing more in the future.
