It works well and I just started using it. I can see some improvements already. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and it has enough holds in it to accommodate someone with a larger midsection.

Easy to Use, But Too Oily
I tried this Organic Castor Oil Pack Wrap Kit for the first time. I like that it comes with everything I need, including cold-pressed castor oil, adjustable abdominal and neck wraps, and a soft flannel. The wraps feel comfortable and are easy to use, making the experience simple and convenient. However, after using it, my skin felt a little too oily, and I am not sure how effective it is for relaxation or sleep. The quality of the wraps and oil is good, and the reusable design is thoughtful. The heavy oiliness and uncertain results limit how often I will use it.

So many health benefits in this package!
I just wanted to start out by saying castor oil has SO many health benefits and is said to have been used for such, for well over 4000 years now, dating back to Ancient Egypt, Greece and Africa!It was used for hair, skin and its many medicinal properties and it’s still being used today for all those same purposes.I’ve heard about all the various uses of castor oil for many years now for health and wellness but hadn’t added it into my wellness regimen until coming across this a few weeks ago and I’m really glad that I did!I didn’t know what I was missing out on until I started using this castor oil wrap a few days ago!What I have noticed upon the first time of using it is that it was a really relaxing experience and it seemed to help me wind down and have a better nights sleep! (I am one of those people who have a difficult time “turning my brain off” at night when I lay down to go to sleep)So, I have been really happy with that benefit alone!I am really looking forward to having this to use when I have menstrual cramps again, since it seems like it would be of great benefit for that!I am planning on showing my sister this kit and see if she would consider using it because I noticed that one of the many benefits to castor oil is said to be that it supports lymphatic drainage and she has been having some major problems with edema for the last several months!It is said that the ricinoleic acid in the oil acts as an anti-inflammatory and supports lymphatic drainage and that it helps move the body into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state.I will definitely continue using my kit and would consider buying this particular brand again, especially if my sister is interested in using one of these wraps to help with her edema!Overall, I think this kit comes with everything you need to create a nice relaxing experience and get all the benefits of applying castor oil topically!As for the value, the price seems comparable to many of the other brands out there and I am happy with the quality of this kit!

This kit is fantastic
I have been using this oil pack kit at least once a week and it’s greatly improved me.This kit includes the wrap for your stomach with a leak proof guard on the front. It is velcro that adjusts to your midsection. Also the throat wrap, also with velcro adjustment. It’s leak proof as well. Finally, the 8 oz cold pressed castor oil.There’s really no format needed. Simply put the castor oil on and wrap them up comfortably. Once you see how much you were missing, it’s hard not to have these kits handy.I definitely have ongoing stomach/throat issues and castor oil has improved and has been beneficial to me.These are made so well and I’ve washed it so many times, and it’s held up so nicely.I seriously recommend reading the claims and also so side research and see if you or anyone you know needs this type of therapy.
