Great product for peri-menopausal women
I have had PMDD all my life and was on birth control for most of my life to keep it under control. After reading some interesting books about PMDD and peri-menopause symptoms, I decided to stop taking the birth control due to other side effects it was causing. My doctor said I should try taking a chasteberry supplement, so I ordered this one. After taking this daily for a month or so, this really started taming the PMDD and helping with some other peri-menopausal symptoms. I would talk to your doctor before taking any supplements, but this one has really improved my mood, irritability, and cramping pains. I think it has also helped with hot flashes, but can’t say for sure since I am also taking some other supplements recommended by my doctor.

This product is amazing!! I have horrible periods with cravings, heavy bleeding, horrible cramping, hormonal mood swings, the whole kit. I started taking this about a month ago and I have to say WOW! I never write reviews, but I had to for this. My cravings and mood swings were almost nonexistent. My pain and bleeding were better and it even shortened the duration of my period. I have tried everything to regulate my hormones over the years, including birth control and nothing has worked as well as this. I didn’t even get the couple of days beforehand where I was exhausted! I’m a lifer when it comes to this product! JUST BUY IT!

TMI maybe for some:I can only give 4* till i get preggo.lol. I’m not a doctor, But as far as regulating my periods, it works except yes, it has made them about a month long like some have said. I had a 2 week heavy period when i started, then It stopped about 2 or 3 weeks then another month of a heavy of period, then 2.5 weeks now its been another month long but still going just slowing. Im on my 3nd period back to back tho (that has been off since 18yrs old and im 38). I have had month long periods very often before, just skipping like 6 months in between. So ill take a month long back to back for now. Could be just a long cleaning out needed from all the years without a period I suppose. But since nothing else has helped us conceive again we will keep it up and its all natural. It may just be how vitex works for me & for some & not necessarily a bad thing. I did have a faint positive ovulation test last month which is always negative for yrs, so we will see. I know i need 6-8 months minimum nonstop for vitex to really do its thing, so ill deal with it. I take it daily, including thru my periods, but may stop completely at the 8 month mark for a break depending on progress. I was Diagnosed with Pcos since about 22yrs old but prob had earlier, I have 1 miracle child at 30 after being told I’d never have kids (But God is in control. Praise Jesus) but ttc baby #2 for 8 years since. I take iron pills for mild anemia (since i was 18yrs), b12, & biotin, and now Also take every morning vitex 400mg 1 pill, d-chiro inositol 50mg 1 pill, and myo inositol 2000mg powder.I even lost some weight after the 3 months on it all (after not being able to for like 7 yrs) and now just Hoping for a positive pregnancy test this year! So yes, i believe a possible life is worth a long period. Hope this helps someone. Good luck all momma’s.

My skin has gotten better, but I don’t think that’s directly related to …
I haven’t been using it for that long, (3 weeks?) but I guess it’s ok?? I honestly haven’t noticed much difference. My skin has gotten better, but I don’t think that’s directly related to this product…I will continue using the pills and see if they make any difference in the long run. The description recommends taking the pills for at least 2-3 months for a noticeable difference. We’ll see!
