I’ve been taking Biotin B7 for a few weeks and I’ve noticed my hair feels stronger and healthier. It hasn’t made my hair grow super fast, but it definitely looks less damaged and breaks less.It also helped my nails grow faster. Just keep in mind you need to be consistent and patient to see results.⭐ Overall, it’s a good supplement for stronger, healthier hair—not a miracle, but it works over time!

Can’t beat Thorne products!!
I’ve been blessed to have always had low cholesterol but my MD notes a rise during my physical last year. Since I use other Thorne products, I did a search and found this.
