Really easy and simple to use
I highly recommend this water bottle to anybody who is seeking loss of energy or wants needs energy or seeking to lose weight this will help I went from 217 and over a week or two I think I’ve had this bottle for a month I’m down to 210 now just from drinking a hydrogen water bottle the battery life I want to say it last anywhere between 2 to 8 hours the size you can fill up my water bottle that’s a one liter water bottle I take with me to work every night it feels that and just two of those hydrogen water bottle I fill it up twice and it fills that bottle it’s good quality I would recommend it to about anybody if you’re seeking to lose weight or just in the need of energy or sleep it helps with a bunch of other things that will help us weight training or in the gym running it’s helped me with my sleep it’s very easy to use you just pretty much fill it up press the button wait about 30 seconds and it’s ready to go it’s lightweight really easy to carry around it’s not big heavy or bulky and yeah I just overall like the product it’s helped with my sleep it’s helped with losing weight it’s helped with giving me energy it has been really effective for losing weight I highly recommend it for there and I’ve slept really good by using this product

Works Really Well But….
I love the green color as well as the awesome different colored lights that turn on while it’s preparing your hydrogen water. It’s simple and easy to use. It works as described. However, I did notice that I get DRY MOUTH a lot easier after drinking from this. It’s almost like my body is not used to getting “real hydration” and then drinking regular tap water AFTER this feels like it’s not as hydrating as it used to be. Meaning, it would be very easy to get HOOKED on this device because regular water after this feels very UNSATISFYING for a long time unfortunately. 🙁

These are glass, so be careful and use them at home. Buy the polycarbon plastic if you plan on a portable bottle.

Decent product, Be careful.
Thought I found a way to have water better. I tried this for 5 days, drank 1 of these a day. Strangely I got a headache shortly after eat time. I don’t get headaches, and it wasn’t coincidental. Be careful! 5 stars to be at the top, this gets 3 stars. The bottle is a little bigger than others, strong, weight is good, it is glass (plus), it appears to be a nice bottle and came with a few extras to enjoy the benefits of what it produces. Didn’t work for me.

Interesting device to boost health
Studies on adding extra hydrogen to water are still being done. However, there are preliminary studies suggesting that the extra hydrogen can reduce oxidative stress and serve as an antioxidant. I’m interested to see how my health progresses using this device!It’s super easy to use and you can take it anywhere with you. And the water tastes the same. I thought the water would be maybe slightly bubbly but it is not.
