Helping With My ADHD Sleep Issues
Like most women my ADHD was diagnosed late and in my 20s, which means it had many years to fester without the correct treatment. One way it hits me the hardest is with sleep issues and insomnia.I have issues falling asleep, staying asleep, having overactive/anxious dreams and getting that inconvenient ADHD energy burst at night. I did not want to take sleep meds and melatonin gives me nightmares. So I tried these and I started taking them about 2 weeks ago.They have truly been amazing. They don’t force me to fall asleep like a sleep medication or melatonin, instead they relax me which then makes me sleepy.I take 200mg (1 Tablet) about an hour before bed. I start to feel the effects about 30 minutes after taking it, and by bed time my minds slowed down, body feels calmer, I’m less jittery, etc. Which means I’m able to actually relax and fall asleep.While sleeping I’m having less chaotic dreams and more pleasant ones. When I wake up, I wake up with less of a jolt and racing thoughts and I also feel more rested.I personally have had no side effects, I was concerned about stomach upset as I have an annoyingly sensitive stomach but I have had no issues at all.They’re easy to chew, but has a sour kick. The texture and taste reminds me of sour smarties. My advice is to take it day and/or night before brushing your teeth or the sour taste will stick with you for hours.

Nature Made L-Theanine 200mg Chewables
Got these mainly for stress and focus during work and they’ve been surprisingly good.Taste is actually decent. I was expecting that chalky vitamin taste but it’s more like a light sweet chewable, not bad at all.Do they actually help with stress? Yes but subtle.I usually take one in the morning or mid-day and it kinda smooths things out mentally. Helps with focus too, feels easier to stay on task without overthinking everything.Also like that it’s from Nature Made since they’re pretty well known brand and I trust the quality more than random name or never heard of brands.No side effects for me so far. No drowsiness either which I was a little concerned about.If you’re wondering can you take this daily? from what I’ve seen yes, and it’s a 50 day supply so it lasts a while.Overall solid supplement if you want something simple for stress support and focus without going overboard. I’ll probably reorder.

Tastes ok, good quality and does wonders for my sleep. Works quickly for anxiety. Definitely a favorite supplement of mine. I don’t like to take much of anything but this does help me greatly to stay asleep without a lot of grogginess in the morning, like medication or melatonin might have. If you’re neurospicy, it’s worth a try!

Highly recommend
I have horrible anxiety and have had bad luck with prescription medications. So when I saw this I automatically wanted to give it a try. I’m shocked with how well it actually works. It takes maybe 30-40 mins to kick in and it’s not an overwhelming feeling of calm. It’s more like a chill and relax feeling. I highly recommend this for anyone that doesn’t have insurance and has trouble with getting medication. It’s really a great product to have incase of anything.

Staying focus and cutoff some stress
I have been trying to get something claim and peace supplements. I’d give this 4 out of 5 stars. It tastes good and is very convenient to take without water. I noticed a gentle calming effect that helps take the edge off stress while still staying focused and alert. The only downside is that the flavor can be a bit strong, but overall it works well and I’d recommend it for everyday use.

Game-Changing Supplement
One of my friends told me about l-theanine and it has changed the game for me. Within about 10 minutes, you can actually feel your shoulders start to drop away from around your ears. So if you’re stressed, definitely think about adding this to your arsenal. I keep them on my desk and as soon as things to get a bit too chaotic, I can take one and it takes the edge off. I find that if I take it every day, sometimes proactively and/or before bed, this helps keep my baseline stress at a much more manageable level. I have told all of my friends about this, too. Now, I have these on a subscribe and save so I never run out.

Other brands were a better fit for me
I purchased this for the flavor so i would not forget to take my ltheanine consistently. I usually use now brand and have also used sports nutrition (i believe so far i have seen the later might work best – but will have to try it out again) regardless- taking either of the latter ltheanine supplements have given me calm. But for some reason this one I have been feeling the on edge sensation far longer. I think i am one of those people that gets highly stimulated by yummy flavors so it leaves me unsatisfied and uneasy.

No existe nada que me haga dormir como esto. Me sirven para conciliar el sueño. No sé que tenga esta versión de pastillas masticables que no tienen otras fórmulas pero una pastilla o dos máximo y en media hora estoy dormida. Desearía que tuvieran más productos similares o que el vendedor hiciera ofertas. Me volvería su fiel compradora. El precio por ahora es elevado. Pero vale la pena.
