A naturopathic doctor told me to use these trace mineral drops for muscle spasms and cramps. It’s very easy to use and works quickly to relieve my muscle issues. I use about a dropper full and hold it under my tongue for 20-30 seconds before I swallow. The taste is slightly bitter, but not bad at all. It recommends mixing with water, but I prefer under my tongue for faster results. I highly recommend this product.

A great way to get your minerals
I notice a positive difference in that my muscles don’t ache after a workout. Because they’re drops they are easy to add to my water bottle and drink all day. They have no flavor which is a plus.
