Will notice its benefits firstly in Good Apeetite and Better Digestion, and then in a general rejuvenation and well-being.
Started with only 1 drop. Cautiously. Took it with some water and waited… After a few minutes, I realized a pleasant surprise: my apetite was returning timidly. That was GREAT NEWS, because I was always more or less anorexic, and the last couple of stressful years had sent my apetite to deeply low levels.Gradually I went to 5-6-7 drops per glass of water. No more than 3-4 times a day. More than 8 drops, it was too salty for my tastes.It has helped replenish my reservoirs during the following months… and it is now my belief, that the this liquid supplement is vital in maintaining good levels of electrolytes and minerals, especially magnesium.A word of caution, though, that has to be noted : Do not overdo it! Too much could even be disturbing for the system (mostly, for the kidneys).I think that, although this is quite natural (from a natural source and almost not processed), it still won’t meet the individual needs 100% AND all the time. I have the feeling that the body needs a variety of other similar products, all taken in moderate – and for sure, not exaggerated – quantities. Also, the body needs to ‘wean off’ these substances for a while. For example, pure spring-water, during such intervals, can act as an excellent chelator… And then again enrich your nourishment and nutrition, and so on….Good supplement!!! May it be available at an affordable price!!!!

Great product but need to mix properly
Ok, so I have had this product for 1 year but didn’t start using it regularly until 2 months ago. When I first got it, I started trying to get up to the one tsp. in a smaller shot of water and I just could not do it. I was only using 1/2 of a tsp. trying to chug it as a shot and I was close to puking every time. It was awful. I can usually take bad tasting things quickly and this was hard to get past so I quit taking it.Fast forward several months later and I have some health problems that I believe are a result of deficiencies and imbalances in my body so I start a regimen of supplements to heal myself. One of the things I am also trying to do is drink more water and stay hydrated so I pull this product out of the cabinet to try again and read the directions. It says to mix 1/2 tsp in 8 oz of water and work way up to 1 tsp. a day. I was decide to try and dilute it more by mixing 1/2 tsp in 16 oz of water since less water made me gag and I need to drink more anyway. It was very tolerable this way. I wouldn’t say I love the taste, you can definitely tell it’s not plain water, but it’s also not bad. So I recommend diluting this as much as you need to take. To make it take even better, I will add a liquid I. V. packet to my magesium water. My routine now is to split a one liquid I.V. flavor packet between 2 16 ounce glasses of water with my 1/2 tsp of magesium. I take one of my glasses mid-day during or after lunch and my other glass before bed. I drink more water this way and get all my minerals. I definitely can feel improvement with my body. I don’t know if it is all attributed to this supplement because I am taking several, but I do believe it is an important part of my routine that I will keep up.So don’t just throw the product away because of taste. Definitely try to dilute more or even add in additional flavor. I also think breaking dose into 2 times a day helps your body process it better.

Good product but small bottle comes in plastic.
I really like the fact that the minerals come from deep ocean near vents and would have given it 5 stars if not for the plastic it comes in. Almost defeats the purpose of gathering product as mentioned above. As someone who is depleted of magnesium in particular these minerals have improved my overall wellbeing. Tip: the taste is a bit strong but if you brush teeth before taking you don’t taste it. I found this out by accident.
