I do believe that it works
Not that it is making me lose weight, I just think that it is keeping my metabolism under control while I am tying to lose some weight. It seems to help me keep my metabolism up, since it has begun dropping with age. It appears to have a more soluble form of Chromium Picolinate than other’s I have tried. I think this is my 3rd or 4th bottle, and it is a good value for cost. It feels one bottle lasts forever, even taking 2 a day. And they are small, tiny capsules, so they are easy to swallow.

Very Effective Support for Lifestyle Changes
TLDR: Been taking for 1 week and I’m down almost 4 pounds with tons of energy.Age has caught up with me and my metabolism isn’t what it used to be. I’ve struggled to be motivated, disciplined, all of that when it comes to eating healthy and working out. Terrible cycle of dieting, then rebound eating, losing and gaining the same few pounds, not seeing enough initial results to keep going.This product changed all of that.I’ve been taking it for exactly one week. Every single day in the morning upon waking. Tiny little capsule, super easy to swallow. I haven’t had this much energy in YEARS. I sleep better at night, I’m alert when I get up. So alert that I’ve worked out every day and it felt effortless. And as if that wasn’t enough, my eating habits have changed pretty dramatically. I’d become a super snacker. If it was within reach, I’d eat it. And to excess. It got to the point where I could no longer tell if I was actually hungry or when I was actually full. I’d order and eat tons of carryout, eat sweets, all of it.But now? Even after working out at 5 AM, I don’t get hungry until around 1 or 2 PM. It doesn’t take much to fill me up now. I don’t crave sweets. I don’t really crave carbs. If I feel a little munchy, I will have sunflower seeds, seaweed…one day I got really crazy and made a veggie burger! A huge departure from ordering fast food.I’m down 4 pounds in this first week and I’m really looking forward to continuing. Over and over I would starve myself and work out just to weigh and find that nothing has changed or that I’ve gained. It was discouraging and made me wonder why I even bothered. But this product…it gave me enough to make me want to keep going. I’m looking forward to seeing what results I have a little longer term, but so far, so good!

I Think It’s Working
I didn’t notice any changes the first week I started this supplement, so I was convinced that it wasn’t working. After week 2, my cravings are way down. I used to crave carbs and desserts all the time and that has stopped. I do walk every day, but no cardio exercise. I have not changed my diet, am just eating less because my cravings are curbed. I’ve lost 2 pounds so far, which is a big deal because I’ve steadily been gaining weight on a regular basis.I’m still hesitant as to whether this is really working and if it is, if it will last. I will check back in when I’ve been on it for at least a month and adjust my rating if needed.

I have a terrible sweet tooth! This product takes away my intense craving for sugary snacks which helps me stay on my diet. Small capsules are easy to swallow. I also appreciate that the capsules are vegan.

I have tried another brand for appetite suppressant which worked better for me. I will stick with my other brand. I felt extra tired while taking these.
