Great Supplement
My energy levels have drastically increased since starting this supplement. I’ve noticed a major shift in the quality of my workouts in addition to the metabolizing of glucose in my body. I use a Lumen to track my metabolism and have seen a significant improvement in my metabolic flexibility. An unexpected benefit has also been improvement in my adrenal fatigue.I don’t want to compromise on the ingredients in what I take. Blood Sugar control
I use this frequently as I have blood sugar issues & this really helps manage my sugar intake. I love to have a soda (Pepsi or Dr Pepper). I dilute it with a lot of ice and water so I don’t get a big sugar hit, but it tastes good and helps me get my needed fluids. This supplement helps me balance my blood sugar. I only need one capsule but it works to keep me from crashing. I always have this on hand and take it daily along with Suzy Cohens glucoscript. Sometimes the glucoscript is too much but the Chromasin works every time.
