Will repurchase!
I was taking a different brand of chaste tree berry pills for about 6 months and didn’t notice a difference in my extreme moods and PMS. After reading reviews about that pill, I saw one that recommended this brand.I immediately ordered this one, and after taking this one for about 4-6 weeks, both my husband and I noticed a great improvement in my moods. He did not know that I was trying a new brand.I also saw a marked improvement in my PMS. I don’t have nearly the cravings that I had before taking this supplement. I will recommend these to anyone looking for a good pill.These are about twice the price of pills I had been taking, but they are absolutely worth it! My moods were miserable, and I was desperate for something to help me out!

I’ve been taking this for about a month and already I’ve noticed a difference. After having four babies in five years and weaning my one year old from breastfeeding, my hormones were really crazy. I had very heavy bleeding with my periods and they lasted at least a week. My cycles were also consistently getting shorter and shorter. Add in mood swings, headaches and acne and I was a mess. My first cycle after starting the chaste tree was longer and my period was significantly lighter! Yay! Still had hormonal acne but it’s getting better and my hormonal headaches never came! Feeling over all more emotionally stable as well. I’ve tried other brands for chaste tree in the past and as soon as I opened the bottle I knew this brand was a better quality. Very strong nice herbal smell and seems to be great quality. Thank you!

So far it’s a good quality product. No fillers listed to be in the product. Vegetarian/ Vegetable capsules. I have to keep taking to see effectiveness so I may update this at a later time.

Slow acting.
It is making my boobies bigger and i haven’t had my period in two months due to PCOS but after taking these for a month I am spotting so I guess thats a good sign And i am also ovulating. Will post again when i reach three months.UPDATE: While taking these I did have a menstrual. So that was a good sign although it was mild in pain and very heavy. Also, i am noticing i am ovulating. So i will buy again!

Improved my hormonal acne!
I’ve really noticed a difference with symptoms like body aches and hormonal acne around my cycles. Definitely worth a try for anyone suffering these things. I’ve been taking this for over a year.

A friend of mine turned me on to this vitamin as we both have PCOS. I couldn’t believe just in taking it the first 30 days, how it helped relieve my premenstrual symptoms like breast tenderness. I also use a period tracker app to keep up with my cycles as I’ve never really been regular, but since taking the chaste tree capsules, my cycle has basically been on time for the past two months. I am really happy with this product and have recommended it to others.

Gave me headaches
I know this works for some, but unfortunately I had to stop taking them. After a week (taken twice a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch) I got these sort of woozy-headaches, and it took another solid week of being off them to go back to normal. I would wake up with a serious headache every day, and medicine only helped for a little while before they came back. I had read up online before I started taking chase tree that headaches are one of the possible side effects, so just be aware of any symptoms that you’re experiencing as you try a new supplement.I was taking these in the hopes that they would help with my hormonal acne.

This is amazing!! I have bad period cramps and after only my first cycle I saw a difference and my cramps were less. Also, my hormonal acne has lessened as well. I’m hoping this continues to increase progesterone and balance my hormones so that it leads to pregnancy. So far amazing and quality products
