Game changer for my PMDD
I have PMDD and struggle with debilitating depression around my cycle. Started this and Holy cow the difference! I still have the depression but it is actually manageable for the first time since I was 13 (currently 35). Super effective, not sure how fast it kicks in but saw some folks say a week. Started taking it on my last cycle and definitely noticed a massive difference. I’m happier, have more energy, and this is so much more affordable than more medications!

My wife is Peri-Menopausal…or Pre-Menopausal…or PerryFarrell-Menopausal. I don’t know. I don’t know all the words! All I know is when I say anything to her she yells at me and if I even remotely suggest “understanding” what she’s going through she whips her head around and stares at me with these eyes…such…terrifying eyes.So I figured I’d help in a different way. I’d get her something to “ease the suffering” so to speak, and this Organic Vitex stuff has a lot of really positive reviews from women who don’t seem remotely as terrifying as my wife so I’m kinda thinkin’ it works right?Presenting this to her was like presenting her a basket of laundry or a positive pregnancy test, but, once she read the literature she actually THANKED ME for being considerate!! It was a short-lived moment of tolerance before she moved on and screamed at the children for socks being places they shouldn’t be and stuff like that, but I’ll take it.I waited a few weeks to write this because I really don’t expect any of these kinds of supplements to work right off the bat (if at all in many cases), but I gotta say…she’s still mean as all get out, but she says she DOES feel a positive difference since she started taking it. I guess part of being in the “pre” stage of menopause is that you still have your monthly thingy (but it’s now 1000 times more EVERYTHING) and they also aren’t really so much monthly as they are “whenever they feel like it”. I did notice she was having some very random periods, some as little as two weeks after, some seemingly minutes after, etc. But she said she’s been kind of “on schedule” and less uncomfortable. She also said her hot flashes are less intense, which is nice right?I don’t know much about any of this. I’m a simple man who keeps his head down when woman-things happen and do my best to avoid any sort of conflicts, real or imaginary, but I do want my wife to be comfortable (at least as comfortable as she can be) during this “change”. That’s what my mother called it. “The Change of Life”. I was constantly reminded I was a “Change of Life Baby”, which I think is just a nice word for “accident” but hey, I did alright.So I don’t know what a chasteberry is. If it’s not in some form of jelly or ice cream it’s not a berry to me. BUT, this one…this works I reckon. The wife says so, and I ain’t arguin’ with her!

Had my first normal period in years
Okay, so I was not taking these regularly, but rather whenever I’d think to take them. It could be a coincidence, but I just had the most “normal” period I’ve had since before having kids. I’m 34, and my hormones have been a nightmare since I had my first kid at 22. I’m talking, I thought I was going into menopause at 25. I’ve been on birth control to try to get back to somewhat normal, but I continued to have problems. I’ve tried all sorts of supplements over the years.
