Overall, these Gummies are really good and I would probably buy them again. I do like them in terms of sleep quality, and ingredients. I really Love the mix of ingredients that they provide in addition to melatonin. However, I gave them four stars bc they are very sticky and a bit too sweet tasting.

Depends On How Desperate You Are
Pros: I slept for 4 hours in between waking up, which is a vast improvement from waking up every 30 minutes.It doesn’t have any concerning ingredients or alarming/unexpected side effectsI only use it once or twice a week so for me, very cost efficient.Cons: The more you use it the less effective it is. For the most part I use it as a last resort if I’m having an exceptionally horrible night and not as a part of my routine. After using it a week straight it was doing nothing for me.It says clean ingredients, but the first two ingredients listed are sugar and corn syrup. Better than some stuff, but still not great for you.It makes me fall asleep and stay asleep for longer, but a big reason I struggle with sleep is the nightmares, and I think these worsen those. At the very least it makes it to where I can’t wake up during a nightmare, and at most I have more nightmares when I take it. So yes, it makes me sleep, but it’s not restful or peaceful sleep.I feel SO groggy and drugged the next day. Not the kind of groggy to where I could just sleep all day, the kind where I’m awake but I’m just in a fog.Is it worth it? Depends. It’s good to have something up my sleeve I know will make me get a little sleep. Has it potentially saved me from sleep deprived insanity and hallucinations occasionally? Yeah, probably. Is it a miracle that cures my insomnia or makes me sleep like a normal human? Does it give me peaceful dreams? No. So it just depends on how desperate you are and what you consider success.

I have a lot of trauma and have to take a prescribed medicine to sleep and sometimes I take melatonin, but these works so much better and you sleep through the night. Be prepared to have vivid dreams.

Doesn’t work for me
Probably is not for me but I tried 2 gummies didn’t help I thought ok probably cause is my first time the second and third day same result and when I felt asleep woke up with headache and then I tried just one gummy and still didn’t fall asleep till probably about two hours and woke up with headaches.. it taste good but I wouldn’t try it again
