    Amazing!!
I’m still working through this workbook, but I already feel confident recommending it because of how much it has helped me understand my ADHD on a deeper level. This book explains things I didn’t even realize were connected to ADHD—especially how much energy it actually takes to function day to day. Reading that was a huge “aha” moment for me and helped me give myself more grace. The sections on emotional regulation and triggers were especially insightful. The way the book connects physical and emotional triggers made so many of my experiences finally make sense. It feels validating rather than overwhelming. The worksheets are easy to follow, thoughtful, and genuinely useful. They encourage self-reflection without feeling intimidating, and I found myself learning a lot about myself very quickly. I was recommending this book to someone else within the first few pages. If you have ADHD—or want to better understand how your brain works—I highly recommend this workbook. It’s practical, supportive, and incredibly helpful.

    Healing, validating, absolute game changer.
I can’t say enough good things about this book and what it’s done for me. I love the section that speaks about adults being diagnosed later in life, and how the things throughout their lives as a kid/teen are often explained as traits of ADHD. It is healing to read that the way I think and act is because of ADHD, and what to do with these feelings and behaviors. I also love the daily entry section that focuses on things like tasks to get done, what can be done later, people to respond to, and what self care you’ll do today, as it can be hard to do these simple things with ADHD. Cannot say enough great things about this workbook!

    Eye opening and fun!
I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and I had absolutely no idea where to begin with learning more on what it was or how to manage it. My psychiatrist recommended this book to me as a great entry point to learning more about ADHD and I absolutely love this book! It explains things so well and has such a fun vibe to it. I love that it doesn’t feel like I’m reading a dry textbook but it has a lot of great factual information. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who needs a simple yet fun way to learn more about ADHD and help you with healthy skills to manage it.

User friendly and full of GREAT info!
This is a very easy book to use. It does not have to be read from cover to cover. You can use it to research sections according to your feelings that day, or symptoms that you’re experiencing! I love it.

    Inclusive & Intelligent
This book is well-written, thought out and a delightful read. Grace clearly put time and effort in its creation and it shows. I appreciate the well-rounded and inclusive space that was created in this book. We often see the 1 star and 2 star reviews because people don’t like LGBTQIA+ in books, but I appreciate including everyone, because ADHD isn’t a respecter of persons. And if you don’t understand intersectionality and why that’s important to think about when it comes to mental health, dig a little deeper… it matters and impacts all of us. Well done, Grace.

A beautiful, tactile gift of space and wisdom
Planners aren’t known for being particularly humane to the humans using them. We are allured by their beauty, by their clean lines and nicely designed features, and we envision how much better our lives will be because of them. This one’s different. This planner, written by a wonderful human being who has ADHD, speaks to you like a friend. This one doesn’t judge you, ADHDer, for the way your brain works. It provides a comfy space to dive in and learn about a topic [#hyperfocus] and reflect. It beckons you to reframe how you think about your “defecits.” And it warmly invites you to try planning in a way that works for you. No judgment. It’s a gorgeous book with beautiful illustrations, wonderful paper for writing and highlighting, doodling, and Grace holds space for us to use it however we see fit.Kudos to Grace Koelma on this book. I’m thrilled to have this space and wisdom.

    Gorgeous, fun, and extremely helpful!
I’ve used the digital Future ADHD planner for 3 years now, so when I saw that Grace Koelma made a book I jumped on it IMMEDIATELY! This planner is the first planner that I’ve been able to stick with and it actually helps me keep my sh*t together. This book is gorgeous! I love the artwork and the bright colors, also STICKERS!!! The science backed info is amazing and I have hyperficated on learning more about my ADHD and I love all the tips and tricks in here. My husband and all of my kids are neurodivergent too, so all of this info and these tools have been so helpful to keep my household running. 10/10 would recommend!

My teenager asked for her own copy
I got sucked in as soon as it arrived.. It’s designed in short spirts of colorful stimulating information bites. Perfect for my neurodivergent brain to feel inspired and excited to read it. I actually get excited when I see it on my nightstand bc I know it’s going to feel satisfying to learn more about my adhd brain and ways to help it. We’re NOT lazy- just need the dopamine to get moving! I’ve bought so many adhd support books for my teenage daughter in the past. She picked this one up on her own and started reading for 30. minutes and actually asked if I could get her own copy. Thank you!

I’m a 36-year-old woman with (self-identified) ADHD traits, and from the very first chapter this book felt like someone finally put language to how my brain actually works. This isn’t just another “overview of ADHD” book. It blends education + practical application, which is rare. What I loved after reading:• explains ADHD brain patterns in simple, non-judgemental language• offers concrete tools you can use immediately (not just theory)• the visuals, doodles, fonts and layout make it SO much easier to stay engaged• larger than expected — tons of content and feels like a full toolkitWhat I wish was different:• the planner section at the back isn’t perforated — ripping pages cleanly is tough• a built-in bookmark or ribbon would have made it easier to keep my placeWho this is perfect for:• women who suspect they have ADHD but don’t know where to start• anyone who wants both understanding + practical strategies• neurodivergent adults who struggle to finish “traditional” self-help booksBottom line:This book isn’t just informative — it’s USEFUL. It kept my attention, made me feel understood, and actually gave tools I can implement today. Highly recommend.

This is a great book. As someone newly diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, this book is laid out really well with diagrams, use of shapes and pictures, areas to write reflections and the text is spaced out without the feeling of information being crammed in.It is easy to read, with an index at the back to be able to reference the terminology that the author refers to.There are a page of stickers which are cute and definitely appeal to my visual choices. Wish there were more!!! That would be my rating drop. There are 60 days worth of daily focus pages with review sheets. There are also other pages which can help organise brains with lists around books borrowed/lent out, managing finances, reflecting on meeting new friends, parcel tracker to name a few.I would definitely recommend this as a good starting out book when trying to navigate what to do with a new diagnosis.

Couldn’t recommend this amazing resource more highly. If you’ve listened to the ADHD besties podcast then you know you love Grace and you absolutely need this book. Ordering on Amazon means I got free shipping and it was a little cheaper than other retailers.

Absolutely wonderful book. Many reasons why I love this book as an ADHD woman myself and for working as a counsellor with ADHD clients. The colours and simplicity in the way it describes topics is lovely. Great tools and worksheets which are manageable. I’ve recommended this to so many people.
