Best pillows ever
I love these pillows sooooo much. The firmness and support are adjustable. They provide ample stuffing. Typically I use ALL the suffing, I only needed half with these. They really are cooling! There is a bit of a smell but I purchased some bamboo waterproof pillowcase covers and that took care of it. It also comes with its own cover. I’d definitely suggest using olive and crate sheets and pillowcases with it to maximize comfort.

Perfect comfort and support all night!
This pillow is amazing! It’s super comfortable and easy to adjust to the perfect height and firmness. I love that I can remove or add foam to make it just right for how I sleep. It supports my neck perfectly, and I’ve been waking up without any stiffness. The quality is great, and it stays cool all night.

Easy to fill and it’s super soft to sleep on
Great memory foam pillow my old pillows are in the trash those were flat and worn out. This one gets super big so you literally don’t need the extra foam that’s included. It came really small but it quickly expanded and was full enough to keep my head up during the night I love it and it feels super soft to rest on

Great Pilloe
My son in law has been on the hunt for a good pillow for a long time. This Christmas he asked me to find him a good pillow that felt like one my son has. There wasn’t much to go one so I researched a lot. I finally landed on this particular one. I liked the idea of the pillow being adjustable and I liked the type of foam it has. The price was right so I ordered it. He was very excited when he opened it. That night he did add all of the extra foam to it and slept very well. This pillow is what he had been looking for! Win for the mother in law!In a couple of days I asked him if he needed more foam. He said not right now but maybe so after it wears down some. Now Olive and Crate does not offer an option of ordering another bag of foam, which I think they should but Coop does. If the need arises I will order a bag from them.Overall a great pillow!

Sheds Fibers, Strong Odor, and No Response From Seller
I purchased this pillow because I try to avoid memory foam and materials that may contain fiberglass. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.When I opened the pillow, the stuffing felt sticky and immediately began shedding fibers onto my bed. The fibers were also itchy when handling the pillow. In addition, the pillow had a strong chemical smell right out of the packaging.I contacted Olive and Crate about my concerns and waited several weeks for a response before writing this review, but I never received a reply.Based on my experience, I was disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support. If you’re someone who is mindful about the materials used in products you bring into your home, you may want to consider other options.

Not so cooling pillows
I wouldn’t consider this a cooling pillow. This is a comfortable pillow that you can adjust by removing or adding foam. Appears to be good quality. It’s cooler than a standard pillow because it allows for air between the foam pieces, but it does not compare to real cooling pillows on the market that actually feel chill. I still get hot with this pillow at night.

Seems to never stop growing
It’s a pretty good pillow, but not a game-changer. My only real critique is that the memory foam kept expanding slowly over a few weeks’ time. So, I eventually ended up with a gargantuan pillow that I had to pull foam from.
