What I say:I am attaching 2 pictures to this review so you can see how it is packaged and what the capsules look like close-up.These capsules are no larger than other brands of vitamins. I got them in hopes they would help with my hormone balance due to menopause. I believe they are actually working. I have taken 2 daily for about 2 weeks now and feel better.I should also mention that I am sharing them with my daughter, who has problems with monthly cramping a few days before her menstrual cycle. They’re average supplement pills. They have no smell or taste. There are 60 capsules and the recommended daily intake is one. They would last two months, but currently at $30 I still find the price a little high for the product. I like that they’re organic and one ingredient.

I picked this product up for my significant other about a month ago, so this is more of an early check-in than a full verdict.So far, it is kind of in that “too soon to tell” phase. She has been using it consistently for about 3-4 weeks now, but there have not been any clear or noticeable results yet. With that said, there also have not been any negative side effects, which honestly matters just as much with products like this.The Good: The tablet is easy to swallow & digest and there have not been any irritation or issues. She has not had any complaints or side effects or feeling off when using the product.The Bad: One month in and no visible results. I am not saying it is not working or that it will not work, just setting expectations that this does not seem like a quick fix type of product.The Neutral: This seems like one of those products that may need more time and consistency to really judge if it works or not. As of now, it is just steady… No highs… No Lows.Bottom line, if you are expecting fast results you might want to pump the brakes a bit. If you are ok playing the long game and just want something that does not cause problems, this seems fine so far. I am giving this a 3 out of 5 stars as I am neutral on the product. I would give it a 3.5 if I could. I will probably update later if anything actually changes.

Pills are a bit large for me personally
I haven’t noticed to much of a difference, but cramps seem to be a bit more manageable. There is no unpleasant smell or taste while taking these. The only issue I honestly have is how large the pills are. I hope they continue helping with cramps and other pms symptoms
